7. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Products will be shipped only within India via our logistics partners.
  • Estimated delivery timelines are provided but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier, natural calamities, strikes, or regulatory checks.
  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping address.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of nutraceutical products, returns are accepted only if:
  • Products are damaged during transit,
  • Products delivered are incorrect or expired.
  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with unboxing video/photos as proof.
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch.
